Cancellation & refund policy

1. Services covered

Applies to paid emotional balance programmes: Anchor Series, Renewal Arc, Circle Residency, and Open Studio Hour.

2. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Our services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, fit for purpose, and completed within a reasonable time when no timeframe is agreed. If we fail a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy (repeat service, refund, or compensation) under the CGA. Nothing below limits those mandatory rights.

3. Cooling-off

If you enrol remotely (website or email), you may cancel within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, provided no sessions have started. After the first session, section 4 applies.

4. Refunds after commencement

• Before module 2: 75% refund of unused prepaid fees
• After module 2 and before midpoint: 40% refund of unused prepaid fees
• After midpoint: no cash refund; Open Studio Hour credits may be offered where suitable

5. Rescheduling

Reschedule once at no charge with 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may forfeit the session or use a make-up slot if available.

6. Pauses

Pause up to 8 weeks for documented life events. Pathway transfers reviewed case by case; any admin fee disclosed in writing.

7. If we cancel

Reschedule or credit unused sessions. If a programme ends early, unused prepaid amounts refunded within 14 business days.

8. Fair Trading Act 1986

We will not mislead you about programme content, fees, or likely benefits. Advertising reflects educational scope—not medical outcomes.

9. How to cancel

Email question@jointssyboostux.world with your name and enrolment reference. Acknowledgement within 2 business days. Disputes: see Complaints.
